Client: Sapient (implementing project for a Financial firm)

Expected Start Date: ASAP
Rate: $50/hr. on W2 (Negotiable)

End Date: 6 months from start date

Location: 4 days onsite in Boston MA (Locals only)
Visa: USC & GC (Ask for an update on GC-EAD & H4-EAD will give an update in a while)

Interview Process: 1-2 internal video interviews & 1 client round

Job Description

Looking for a QE lead to act as a strategic enabler. Client is actively experimenting with AI and next-gen quality assurance techniques and is seeking someone with strong client and stakeholder management to lead QE delivery.

• 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing with 5 years in a lead or manager role
• Proven experience managing QE delivery for enterprise-scale applications
• Experience applying or piloting AI-driven testing or intelligent automation
• Strong background in test automation (UI API integration and/or data testing)
• Hands-on experience integrating QE into CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of modern software architectures (microservices cloud APIs)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
