Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate Attorney role based in Seattle WA. The selected candidate will manage a diverse caseload conduct legal research draft motions and briefs represent clients during hearings and trials and work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal staff. Additional responsibilities include providing legal counsel negotiating settlements and maintaining effective client communication throughout the legal process.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Legal Research Legal Writing and drafting motions and briefs
Strong skills in Case Strategy Development Litigation Procedures and Client Representation
Excellent Communication and Negotiation Abilities
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the Washington State Bar
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines within a fast-paced environment
Strong commitment to ethics professionalism and client advocacy
Experience in civil litigation or a related practice area is strongly preferred
