About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and compassionate Associate Attorney with 3 5 years of litigation experience to join a growing national litigation practice based in Seattle WA. This is an opportunity to take on meaningful high-impact work from day one-representing individuals in complex cases involving catastrophic injury wrongful death and sexual abuse.

In this role you will have the autonomy and responsibility to manage cases develop legal strategies and actively contribute to trial preparation and execution. You will work closely with experienced litigators in a collaborative high-performance environment that values initiative accountability and client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from inception through resolution or trial
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with empathy and professionalism
• Draft persuasive motions and legal briefs
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Develop case strategies and theories of liability
• Represent clients in court and at trial

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3 5 years of civil litigation experience (post-bar clerkship experience considered)
• Strong interest in plaintiffs personal injury litigation particularly advocating for survivors of sexual abuse
• Proven ability to manage cases independently
• Excellent research writing and analytical skills
• Strong oral advocacy and courtroom presence
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Licensed to practice law in Washington (additional experience in NY NJ or CA is a plus)

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $205000 $225000 (for 3 5 years of experience)
• Total Compensation: $250000 $500000 (including bonus potential)

Bonus Structure:

• Objective bonus tied to firm-wide revenue performance
