Role Summary
Looking for a senior hands-on architect to lead digital contact center transformation using MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
This role is business-outcome focused not just technical-driving:
- Better customer experience (CSAT)
- Reduced call volume (self-service / bots)
- Improved efficiency & cost
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end digital contact center (chat email messaging)
- Define and implement AI Copilot and automation strategy
- Design and evolve Dynamics 365 contact center platform
- Act as onsite advisor to business & tech teams
- Drive integrations and enterprise solutions
Required Experience
- 5 years in digital contact center solutions
- Hands-on with Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Omnichannel
- Experience with:
- AHT (Average Handle Time)
- CSAT
- Call deflection / containment
- Strong background in:
- Conversational AI / chatbots
- Automation & self-service solutions
