Job Summary

Job Title: Webcasting & Virtual Events Engineer

Location: Raynham MA (Onsite) Local

Duration: 06 Months (with possible extension)

Responsibilities: -

Design and deliver large-scale virtual events (town halls webinars executive broadcasts) using Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Responsible for end-to-end setup including AV hardware network optimization and live event execution for global audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and manage Teams/Zoom webinars town halls and live events

Design and set up AV infrastructure (cameras mics switchers encoding systems)

Optimize network performance for high-quality streaming

Run live events (multi-speaker coordination switching troubleshooting)

Conduct rehearsals and ensure backup/failover readiness

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom events

Knowledge of audio/video systems and live streaming

Understanding of networking (bandwidth latency QoS)

Experience with tools like OBS/vMix or hardware switchers

Preferred:

Experience with large global events

Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID or enterprise IT environments
