Job Description:

Lead and mentor cross functional engineering teams (backend frontend cloud AI).
Own technical design and architecture for cloud native and AI driven applications.
Drive adoption of modern engineering practices: microservices APIs DevOps CI/CD and cloud security.
Collaborate with product business and architecture stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Review code enforce best practices and ensure high standards of quality performance and security.
Enable AI/ML use cases such as intelligent automation recommendation engines and analytics driven solutions.
Oversee delivery timelines technical risk management and production stability.
Participate in hiring performance management and capability building of engineering teams.
