Role
This role is a key support agent for the delivery of the Certified Architect programs role supports live event production media management platform administration and scheduling needed to support the Expert Programs Delivery Managers in providing a world-class learning experience.
What you get to do in this role:
- Manage live events including recording attendance tracking participation waiting room breakout rooms polling monitoring chat troubleshooting etc.
- Schedule communicate and post zoom sessions including permissions and event invitations
- Edit and upload video presentations
- Convert presentation materials to shareable media
- Perform learning platform administration duties such as creating course records uploading content managing registrations and creating groups.
- Coordinate and schedule reviewers for final exam events
- Ensure volunteer reviewers are provided necessary instructions and materials
- Review and follow-up on candidate pre-requisites & payment completions
In order to be successful in this role we need someone who has:
- 2 years of hands-on project management experience
- Experience managing projects or tasks in enterprise environments delivery business applications for one or more departments
- Multimedia experience including video editing social media web meeting management etc. a plus
