- Source screen and shortlist candidates for various IT positions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (requirements gathering to onboarding).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
- Identify potential candidates using job portals social networks and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial telephonic or in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
- Negotiate salary notice period and manage offer process.
