Job Summary: Assistant Manager – Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

The Assistant Manager – IPR is responsible for managing and supporting all intellectual property activities related to the company’s API portfolio. This role ensures protection of innovations freedom to operate and compliance with global patent laws to support business growth and regulatory strategies.

Job Description:

• Conduct patent landscaping IP clearance & FTO analysis
• Perform infringement analysis and support non-infringing strategies for R&D
• Draft patent applications and respond to office actions (India & US)
• Monitor patent status key filings & weekly publications
• Prepare polymorph studies IP declarations & technical reports
• Handle IP-related queries and cross-functional communications (APIs)
