Position Summary:

The Marketing Specialist Sales Enablement is a member of the Marketing team who will empower our Business Development Teams Clinical Care Liaisons (CCLs) with thedata-driven campaigns content and training they need to increase professional referral engagement improve conversion rates and support census position will drive the creation of modern compelling content that redefines industry standards and elevate brand voice. This position is well-suited for someone who understands the behavioral health landscape and is passionate about ensuring patients access to the right level of care.

Essential Functions:

Content & Collateral Development

  • Develop and maintain a scalable content library that enables CCLs to effectively engage referral sources and accelerate lead conversion
  • Collaborate with members of the Marketing Clinical and Business Development teams to create contentincluding social media postings email marketing campaigns event promotions collateral and morefor CCLs to use during referral discussions events and general outreach
  • Partner with Clinical and Marketing teams to create high-impact presentations and events materialsthat strengthen referral relationships and drive referral pipeline growth
  • Ensure all materials areclinically accurate aligned with brand standards and reinforce The Meadows Behavioral Health (MBH) market position

Marketing Technology Support

  • Collaborate with Business Development SVP and CCLs on activation of marketing technology (e.g. Salesforce Cloud) to increase outreach and nurturing of referral sources
  • Use marketing automation technology (e.g. Marketing Cloud) to develop and distribute email campaigns event landing pages and other digital experiences while measuring performance and optimizing referral-supporting content
  • Design and optimize referral source journey maps using segmentation and behavioral insights to deliver personalized high-impact engagement strategies
  • Leverage Salesforce and other reporting sources to mine data to support development of outreach strategies

Business Development Training

  • Assist indevelopingtraining materials for CCLs such astraining onnew programs competitive positioningand Meadows Approach to Care
  • Support development of structured sales enablement programs including onboarding certification and ongoing training to improve CCL effectiveness and consistency in market engagement

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and deliver routine performance reports that provide visibility into key KPIs campaign outcomes and the overall ROI of cross-functional marketing and business development activities to inform strategy and improve ROI
  • Optimize performance of marketing automation campaigns including segmentation A/B testing and performance tracking to improve engagement and conversion rates across the referral funnel

Cross-Functional Support

  • Manage and prioritize marketing support requests from the Business Development team
  • Collaborate with the VP Marketing to support the development and execution of unified growth strategies by aligning Marketing Business Development Admissions and Operations teams to increase census and strengthen market position
  • Serve as a coordination point between Business Development Clinical Admissions and Marketing teams
  • All other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration Marketing Communications or related field preferred
  • 24 years of experience in marketing preferably in healthcare behavioral health or a related field
  • Prior experience in business development or sales preferred
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to translate clinical information into clear accessible materials
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships communicate effectively across teams and support business development initiatives through collaborative engagement across teams
  • Hands-on experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud HubSpot) to execute and optimize campaigns
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare compliance
