Salesforce CRM Architect with Twilio Experience

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Architect with strong hands-on experience in Twilio integration to support the design delivery and optimisation of customer engagement and CRM solutions.

The role will be responsible for defining Salesforce architecture solution design integration patterns and technical governance across Salesforce CRM and communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and solution design for Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Design and implement Salesforce integrations with Twilio for SMS voice messaging and customer communication workflows.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand CRM customer service and communication requirements.
• Define scalable secure and maintainable Salesforce architecture.
• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and integration teams.
• Review solution designs technical specifications and integration approaches.
• Support data model design workflow automation API integration and platform optimisation.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with security compliance and enterprise architecture standards.
• Support testing deployment release planning and production readiness activities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect / Salesforce Solution Architect.
• Proven experience with Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience integrating Twilio with Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model flows Apex APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with REST APIs middleware and third-party system integration.
• Ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation solution design and technical governance skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Desirable

• Salesforce Architect certifications.
• Experience with contact centre customer communication or omnichannel platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience Cloud or Service Cloud Voice.
• Previous experience in government financial services utilities or large enterprise environments.
