Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelors Degree or higher or

Possession of a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate and

Four (4) years of end-user support experience in help desk or service desk environment or directly related experience or

An equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.

Physical Requirements:
Sedentary Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequentlyto lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but mayinvolve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

Job Summary

Provides remote technical assistance for end-user hardware and software installation configuration troubleshooting and deployment. Serves as the first point of contact for technical issues via phone email or remote support tools resolving routine issues in accordance with established procedures and escalating complex cases to higher-level IT support teams as necessary.
