Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Assist and supervise Escalator Safety Ambassadors to promote the escalator safety activities
- Monitor the performance of Escalator Safety Ambassadors schedule shift roster and maintain leave and attendance records
- Deliver safety message to passengers and assist / instruct them to use the escalator in a safe manner
- Conduct survey during on duty
- To deliver good customer services including answering passengers enquiries
- Assist the station staff in crowd control when incidents occur
- Any other duties as directed by your supervisor e.g. promotional activities
Required to wear uniform
Requirements
- Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE or equivalent with minimum 2 years customer services related experience
- Good command of spoken Cantonese English and Putonghua
- Proactive and customer-oriented mindset
Remarks
- Hourly rate is $93 and free travel on MTR network will be provided during employment
- Required to attend a mandatory 1-day training course on 9 July 2026 (details will be announced in due course)
- Employment period from 13 July 2026 to 23 August 2026
- Required to work for 3 hours per day (exclusive of meal break) and 5 days per week (including Saturday or Sunday)
- Working in various stations in order to suit operational needs
