Oracle Fusion R2R Consultant

• Provide end-to-end functional support for theRecord-to-Report (R2R) cycle including journal processing ledger management period close reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules such asGeneral Ledger (GL) Subledger Accounting (SLA) Fixed Assets (FA) and Financial Reporting structures.
• Manage and supportmonth-end quarter-end and year-end closing activities ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Design and maintaina chart of accounts accounting rules journals allocations and financial hierarchies.
• Analyze production issues performroot cause analysis (RCA) and provide effective solutions and workarounds.
• Support and implementnew features enhancements and financial process improvementsas per business requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports usingOTBI and BI Publisher (BIP)to support financial reporting reconciliations and audit requirements.
• Performfinancial data analysis reconciliations and variance analysisto support business decision-making.
• Participate inpatch validation impact assessment and regression testingfor Oracle quarterly updates.
• ConductSIT UAT and regression testingand support production deployments.
• Collaborate with technical teams fordata issues integrations and reporting enhancements.
• Prepare and deliverfinancial readouts status updates and functional documentationto business stakeholders.
• Ensure strong and effectivecommunication with finance users auditors and technical teamsthroughout support and implementation cycles.

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle FusionR2R end-to-end processes.
• Deep functional knowledge ofGeneral Ledger (GL) Subledger Accounting (SLA) and Fixed Assets (FA).
• Strong understanding offinancial accounting concepts period close process and reconciliation activities.
• Experience inchart of accounts design journal processing allocations and financial reporting structures.
• Strong ability toanalyze issues perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide effective solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle FusionFinancials configuration and production support activities.
• Working knowledge ofOTBI and BI Publisherreporting.
• Experience inpatch validation regression testing and Oracle quarterly upgrade cycles.
• Experience inSIT UAT and production support environments.
• Exposure tothe implementation of new features enhancements and financial process improvements.
• Good understanding of financial data flows and basic awareness ofSQL FBDI and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Strongcommunication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact effectively with finance users auditors and technical teams.
• Experience in preparing and deliveringfinancial readouts audit support documents and status reports.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and coordination skills with a structured working approach.
• Oracle Fusion certifications preferred (any of the following):
  • Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Certification
  • Oracle General Ledger Cloud Certification
  • Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation Certification
  • Oracle Fusion Subledger Accounting Certification
  • Oracle Financial Reporting / OTBI Certification

• Basic to intermediate knowledge ofSQL and PL/SQLfor financial data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Understanding ofOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)for financial integrations.
• Awareness ofREST and SOAP APIsused in Oracle Financials integrations.
• Exposure toFBDI templates for journal uploads and financial data migration.
• Knowledge ofBI Publisher advanced reporting and data model development.
• Familiarity withOracle Fusion Security model (roles privileges and data access controls).
• Understanding ofOracle Cloud ERP architecture and Financials data model.
