Key Responsibilities:

Customer Consultation: Interact with clients via phone email or in-person to understand their travel needs budget and preferences.

Itinerary Design: Research and curate personalized domestic and international travel packages including flights hotels and local activities.

Booking Coordination: Assist in making reservations for air travel rail car rentals and accommodations using online portals and booking software.

Documentation Support: Help clients navigate travel requirements including visa processes travel insurance and health/safety protocols.

Sales & Upselling: Recommend additional services like local tours premium upgrades or travel protection to enhance the clients experience.
