This is more than a compliance role. Its an opportunity to lead influence and shape the future EHS culture across multiple facilitiespartnering with leadership teams empowering employees and championing EHS continuous improvement.

What Youll Do -

• Lead and evolve companywide EHS programs across multiple manufacturing locations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to site and executive leadership
• Drive injury prevention risk reduction and environmental stewardship
• Oversee ISO 14001 and environmental compliance initiatives
• Build strong safety cultures through training engagement and accountability
• Ensure compliance with OSHA EPA and all applicable federal state and local regulations

What are we looking for -

• A strategic EHS leader with 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• A relationshipbuilder who can influence at all levelsfrom the shop floor to senior leadership
• Passionate about safety sustainability and continuous improvement
• Experienced in multisite EHS programs and ISO 14001 environments
• Confident handson and ready to lead positive change
