This position is on 3rd Shift 10:30AM to 7:00AM.Job Description:
- Sets up and operates CNC milling production tooling or other machinery according to process specifications.
- Inspects parts visually and using precision measuring tools.
- Operates machines monitors operation and control panel displays to detect malfunctions troubleshoot issues and make adjustments.
- Oversees monitors and coordinates production team activities giving importance to individual members and overall teams achievement of established goals.
- Trains others to perform job functions and develops standard work practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to consistently enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency.
- Problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to perform offsets and basic troubleshooting
- Ensures teams goals are aligned with and representative of the overall companys directive.
- Works collaboratively with team members and others to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems.
- Keep scrap below the target and thrive to 0 (Zero) pcs of scrap.
- Follows all safe work practices & safety rules. Follows established quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of related experience (less with additional specialized training and/or certification).
- Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
- Ability to use computer terminals gauges calipers micrometers and other measuring instruments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to analyze data and make sound judgments

- Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions procedure manuals quality documents set-up instructions and blueprints. Be able to fill out charts and other simple documents and to effectively communicate with team members verbally and through e-mail.
