Full Stack Developer (.NET | | React) | Cloud Native Applications | API Development & Agile

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to design develop and maintain scalable enterprise applications. This role combines strong expertise in backend development /.NET Core and alongside frontend development using React and . The developer will collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality responsive solutions that support business growth and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires a focus on performance security and maintainability of applications.

Software Requirements

Required:

• Proficiency in .NET / .NET Core (version 3.1 or higher) for backend services.

• Hands-on experience with for server-side development.

• Strong expertise with React and for building responsive frontend interfaces.

• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Version control proficiency with Git.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of AWS cloud services (e.g. Lambda S3 EC2) or other cloud platforms.

• Exposure to Python for scripting or automation.

• Familiarity with cloud-native and scalable architectures.

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop enhance and maintain backend services and APIs and related technologies.

• Build dynamic performant and responsive user interfaces using React and .

• Collaborate with business analysts designers and other developers to design and implement new features.

• Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and follow best practices for software quality and security.

• Integrate frontend components with backend systems via REST APIs to ensure seamless user experiences.

• Participate in sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives within an agile environment.

• Test and deploy applications ensuring high performance security and usability.

Cloud Technologies:

Experience Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of proven full-stack development experience supporting enterprise applications.

• Demonstrated success working in Agile teams delivering high-quality software solutions.

• Industry experience in finance e-commerce or digital enterprise systems preferred; relevant experience in other industries acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.

• Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Developer Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer) are advantageous.
