As a .NET Developer you will be joining an agile cross-functional scrum team in International Health Delivery Services supporting our Provider Services organization. You will be developing and supporting applications in a global team focused on delivering scalable highquality solutions that support business growth.

About You:
You are a seasoned engineer who continuously learns and adapts to emerging technologies. You bring strong analytical thinking a customer-first mindset and enjoy solving complex technical challenges. You work effectively in global cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A normal day looks like:
- Develop customize and support OnBase solutions to deliver critical business functions meeting project objectives and company goals.
- Analyze requirements to ensure information is complete and determine complexity. Ideally use out-of-the-box functionality - determine what different design options exist and highlight any compromises.
- Serve as an active contributor on an Agile Scrum team participating in sprint planning refinement estimation reviews and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with other technology teams to facilitate interfaces between OnBase and other systems.
- Ensure that solutions adhere to OnBase and Cigna best practices and leverage standard functionality where possible.
- Ensure developed solutions are written to be maintainable scalable testable and deployable and adhere to security standards.
- Provide technical input into design decisions proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities early in the development lifecycle.
- Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality standards compliance and alignment with best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for existing and new development including technical designs configurations and support processes.
Ideally youll have experience with:
- Proven experience of5 yearsin a role within software development with a strong technical focus onC#and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server including T-SQL stored procedures query optimization and database design.
- Experience building and maintaining API-based integrations and REST/SOAP services
- You are eager to work on components as well as customize and configure imaging & workflow vendor platforms (OnBase).
- Prior experience working in anAgile development environmentwith knowledge of agile methodologies (such as SAFe).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines andDevOpspractices.
- Prior experience in thehealth insurancedomain is highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
