Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Civil Engineering graduates to join our Technical Support team. The role involves providing product-related technical guidance supporting sales teams and assisting clients in selecting the right fastening and construction solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers contractors and internal sales teams
- Understand project requirements and recommend suitable fastening solutions
- Assist in product application guidance for construction and infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with R&D and production teams for technical clarifications
- Conduct site visits (if required) to understand application challenges
- Prepare technical documents datasheets and presentations
- Support pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./)
- Strong understanding of construction materials & structural basics
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits (if required)

- Basic knowledge of fasteners / anchoring systems / construction chemicals
