Job Summary: The incumbent holder is expected to drive the analytics responsibilities for the function globally including providing extensive support for processes around Total Rewards benchmarking Pay reviews Hiring cost optimization and recognition benefits and wellness related
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Participate and support data submissions for benchmarking exercises conducted by partner vendors like Deloitte Aon Mercer covering both wellness and benefits areas.
Leverage the reports produced to provide executive summaries for leadership on whats happening in the market and how it will help influence Brillios Total rewards journey.
Analyze confidential data around salaries and employee level information to provide insights of pay to market positioning by cohorts of gender city new hires Vs lateral hires.
Consolidate and assimilate benefits and wellness program participation data to showcase ROI on the benefits adoption.
Leverage recognition data to provide insights by cohorts on recognition trends within the organization cohorts.
Supporting the larger process of KRA- objective setting process for management working alongside the TR team includes preparation of span wise templates etc.
Prepare the monthly Hiring cost optimization report a key indicator for Hiring team.
Support Compa-deviation insights for hiring exceptions and indicate significant levers driving high costs.
Support for various data requests around preparation of base data for bonuses merit increases and summarizing views and insights around increases working with the compensation lead.
Support in preparation of merit and hiring ranges and evaluating the relevance of that YOY for hiring and increases purposes.
Support the Exception hiring requests
Support in ad hoc analysis involving special projects that might come up.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources with added experience in compensation.
Minimum 6-7 years of work experience.
Good understanding of Human Resources including Total Rewards.
Proficiency in Power BI advanced excel related formulas and macros.
Should be highly comfortable with large volumes of data
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with vendors and internal teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong preference or bias towards use of automation in the portfolio where possible.
Preferred Attributes:
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
