The Opportunity

This is a high-impact recruiting role focused on sourcing engaging and placing top-tier talent. Youll partner closely with Business Development and Account Executives to deliver exceptional talent across a variety of client needs.

This role is ideal for someone who understands urgency quality and how to build strong candidate pipelines in competitive markets.

What Youll Do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing screening interviewing and closing candidates
• Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates
• Manage multiple requisitions across contract contract-to-hire and direct hire roles
• Deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process
• Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to track activity and optimize pipeline health
• Stay aligned with market trends compensation data and talent availability

What Were Looking For

• 2 years of staffing agency recruiting experience
• Background in one of the following:
• IT Staffing (preferred):Experience recruiting for bothcontract AND direct hire roles
• OR Finance & Accounting Staffing
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter job boards networking referrals)
• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in an on-site collaborative team setting
