Maintenance & Warehouse Technician (onsite only)

Position Summary

The Maintenance & Warehouse Technician is responsible for a variety of tasks related to building maintenance facility upkeep and warehouse operations. The role involves a mix of recurring responsibilities and flexible daily scheduling to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance

• Perform facility upkeep and repairs including painting drywall repair light electrical and plumbing work carpentry and HVAC maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspections of company facilities.
• Maintain and organize supplies ensuring they are stocked and in working order.
• Maintain company tools and equipment including forklifts pallet wrappers and other warehouse equipment.
• Perform snow removal and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Run general errands and pick up supplies.
• Maintain positive working relationships with company vendors contractors and tenants.
• Assist on various construction projects as assigned.

Warehouse Operations

• Assist with product-related projects quality control work and warehouse organization.
• Unload trucks and organize pallets and other items as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely including cardboard baler styrofoam compactor and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean working environment through sweeping mopping trash removal and general housekeeping.

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma required.

Experience

Previous maintenance experience and/or warehouse operations preferred.

License / Certification

Valid drivers license required.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• Familiarity with Gmail and Google Drive applications preferred.
• Ability to work independently and adjust priorities based on business needs.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Working Conditions

Physical Requirements

• Standing for sustained periods of up to 8 hours per day.
• Walking pushing pulling and repetitive motions.
• Visual acuity to perform accurate measurements and repairs.
• Climbing ladders and driving as needed.

Lifting Requirements

• Ability to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally.

Atmospheric Conditions

• Subject to noise temperature changes and general warehouse conditions.
