Maintenance & Grounds Technician

The Maintenance & Grounds Technician is responsible for the overall upkeep repair and landscaping of the RV park and cabins. This role ensures that all facilities remain in excellent condition providing a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on electrical plumbing and HVAC systems in cabins and public areas.

Repair cabins RV hookups park structures and amenities as needed.

Maintain and improve park landscaping including mowing trimming and tree care.

Keep walking trails playgrounds picnic areas and public spaces clean and accessible.

Assist with seasonal preparations such as winterizing cabins and irrigation system upkeep.

Monitor and maintain park roads signage lighting and fencing.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and respond to emergency maintenance issues.

Operate and maintain groundskeeping tools such as lawnmowers chainsaws and irrigation systems.

Qualifications:

Experience in general maintenance landscaping plumbing or electrical work.

Ability to operate maintenance tools lawn equipment and power tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Basic understanding of safety protocols and ability to respond to urgent repairs.
