Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic execution-oriented Business Program Manager to support the Office of the CFO at Oracle. This role functions as a trusted partner and force multiplier to the CFO operating in close alignment with the Executive Assistant (EA) and broader leadership team.
You will be positioned at the center of the business driving operational rigor enabling leadership effectiveness and ensuring alignment across a large global fast-paced organization. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in highly visible executive-facing roles and are experienced in navigating complexity influencing at senior levels and driving outcomes in high-ambiguity environments.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Operations & Partnership
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the CFO helping prioritize plan and drive execution of critical business objectives.
- Establish a tight operating cadence with the Executive Assistant to ensure seamless coordination of high-volume high-stakes engagements.
- Optimize executive time focus and impact across competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Anticipate needs identify gaps and proactively drive solutions.
Business & Organizational Leadership
- Serve as connective tissue across global leadership teams maintaining a strong pulse on priorities risks and organizational health.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to surface insights remove roadblocks and drive alignment at scale.
- Lead and support enterprise-level initiatives including transformation programs and strategic priorities.
- Reinforce leadership principles and cultural standards across a distributed global organization.
Program & Initiative Execution
- Drive planning and execution of complex high-visibility cross-functional programs across multiple geographies and functions.
- Translate large ambiguous initiatives into clear actionable plans managing timelines dependencies and stakeholders.
- Track progress proactively identify risks and ensure accountability across diverse teams.
Executive Communications & Board Readiness
- Lead development of high-quality executive-level materials for Board meetings operating reviews and external engagements.
- Ensure messaging is crisp data-driven and aligned with enterprise strategy and CFO priorities.
- Own end-to-end readiness for critical events maintaining a high bar for detail accuracy and executive presence.

Responsibilities
What you bring:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Engineering or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in program management business operations consulting or similar roles within large global organizations.
- Proven ability to operate effectively at the executive level and lead complex cross-functional initiatives at scale.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership in high-growth fast-paced environments.
- Solid understanding of enterprise operations finance or cloud environments.
- Demonstrated experience preparing Board-level materials and executive communications.
- Exceptional organizational instincts with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97500 to $199500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
