Job Description:

Lead and manage multiple manufacturing and operations programs from planning through execution
Partner with plant operations engineering and supply chain to ensure on-time production and delivery
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma operational excellence)
Oversee production planning scheduling and workflow optimization
Manage program timelines budgets and performance metrics
Identify risks within production supply chain and operations and implement mitigation plans
Support capital projects including equipment installation and process improvements
Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA) and company policies
Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership
