Job Summary
Now Hiring: RLA (68) / CTE Teacher
Three Way ISD
Three Way ISD is looking for a passionate student-centered educator to join our team! We are seeking a 68 RLA Teacher who can also support CTE courses and help continue building meaningful learning experiences for our students.
What Youll Do:
- Teach middle school Reading Language Arts (6th8th grade)
- Support or teach CTE courses based on certification and experience
- Create engaging rigorous lessons aligned to TEKS
- Use data to drive instruction and support student growth
- Build strong relationships with students families and staff
- Collaborate with a small supportive team focused on doing whats best for kids
What Were Looking For:
- Valid Texas teaching certification (RLA 68 required)
- CTE certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A team player who is willing to jump in and support where needed
- Someone who believes all students can learn at high levels
