About the role:
- Assessing claims and preparing advice on prospects liability and damages.
- Meeting with clients and running conferences.
- Representing clients in the PIC District Court and Supreme Court.
- Preparing correspondence and briefing medical liability and factual experts.
The ideal candidate:
- At least 2 years PQE Solicitor or Associate.
- Strong drafting and written advocacy skills.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work closely within a high-performing team.
- Strategic critical-thinking capability and strong judgement.
