Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a proficient Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in modern backend and frontend technologies. This role involves developing scalable high-quality applications collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the delivery of reliable solutions that align with business objectives. The developer will contribute to building efficient APIs responsive user interfaces and implementing best practices to support enterprise digital transformation efforts.

Software Requirements

Required:

• Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core (version 3.1 or higher) designing and implementing backend services.

• Hands-on experience with for building scalable server-side applications.

• Proficiency in React and for developing dynamic responsive frontend interfaces.

• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs for frontend-backend integration.

• Version control expertise with Git.

Preferred:

• Experience working with AWS cloud services (e.g. AWS Lambda S3 EC2 etc.) or other cloud platforms.

• Exposure to Python for scripting or automation tasks.

• Basic understanding of cloud-native and scalable application architecture.

Programming Languages:

• Essential: .NET / .NET Core JavaScript React

• Preferred: TypeScript Python for scripting or automation

Databases/Data Management:

• Experience with SQL databases (e.g. SQL Server PostgreSQL) and noSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)

Cloud Technologies:

• Industry experience in finance e-commerce or enterprise digital solutions is advantageous; relevant experience in other sectors acceptable.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Design develop and test backend services and frontend interfaces in an agile environment.

• Conduct code reviews troubleshoot issues and optimize code for scalability and performance.

• Maintain and update documentation for code APIs and technical architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.

• 7 years of full-stack application development experience and React.

• Demonstrable experience with REST API development cloud deployment and CI/CD processes.

• Relevant certifications in cloud full-stack development or agile practices are a plus.

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and technical documentation.
