Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests visitors and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures access-related policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents resident concerns disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting security-related matters according to site expectations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property including common areas parking areas building exteriors and perimeter locations noting unusual activity and/or maintenance-related issues.
• Monitor entry and exit activity verify visitor and vendor access when required and help to deter unauthorized persons from entering restricted or private areas.
• Support a professional residential atmosphere by providing directions answering questions and communicating with property management and/or local first responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• You must be 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
