Beginning with just two locations in 1998 Friendship now spans 16 campuses including online for students in grades Pre-K3 to 12. Responsibilities

40% - Operations - Process Design & Efficiency

  • Develop Onboarding Framework & Experience Design
  • End-to-end onboarding model (pre-boarding through first 90 days)
  • Defined roles of focus: teacher IAs ISTL

20% - Program Management -

  • Develop Training & Content Materials
  • Slide decks and session plans (mission culture expectations systems)
  • New hire onboarding sequence and agenda

20% - Data - Research & Evaluation -

  • Audit current onboarding practices across campuses and departments
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to align onboarding to the full employee lifecycle
  • Identify key gaps using available data (e.g. retention trends early attrition staff feedback)

20% - Strategy - Team Development & Implementation-

  • Manager & Campus Tools
  • day plan templates by role type (instructional operational leadership)
  • Campus-based onboarding and belonging plan examples
  • Manager onboarding toolkit (checklists conversation guides expectations)
  • Systems & Tracking
  • Onboarding trackers and progress monitoring tools
  • Feedback loops (surveys check-ins onboarding experience data collection)

And additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Masters required
  • Knowledge and experience planning and implementing professional development
  • 5 years experience in a traditional school setting as a leader or teacher
