Job Summary

The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager EMEA to support our growing Clean Energy Solutions business in Europe. This role will initially focus on our Dutch entities (Demaco SPS and FTS) playing a key role in strengthening HR structures and supporting the integration of recently acquired businesses into a US-led operating model.
This is a hands-on and strategic HR leadership role combining business partnering with the implementation of HR processes in a dynamic and evolving environment. Over time the scope is expected to expand to additional locations across EMEA offering strong growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to regional leadership including the Managing Director EMEA
- Lead HR activities across the Dutch entities ensuring alignment with global HR strategies
- Drive and support post-merger integration efforts aligning local organizations with OPW/Dover standards
- Strengthen and professionalize HR structures processes and policies across the region
- Support talent development performance management and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning succession planning and change management
- Support recruitment activities across the region in collaboration with Talent Acquisition
- Contribute to the implementation of HR systems (e.g. Workday) and drive adoption across the organization
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws in collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Lead and develop a small regional HR team
Your Profile
- Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner in an international environment
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into practical HR actions
- Experience in manufacturing industrial or engineering environments is highly desirable
- Experience supporting organizational change or post-merger integration is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a growing and evolving structure
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) is beneficial
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both required)
