Industrial Engineer – RFP & Pricing Analysis

Key Responsibilities

• RFP & Pricing Analysis Support- Assist in reviewing RFP requirements and translating customer needs into supply chain and warehouse solutions. Support development of cost and pricing models aligned with company guidelines.
• Data Analysis & Financial Modeling- Analyze operational and financial data to identify cost drivers and support decision-making. Build and maintain models using Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI
• Supply Chain & Network Analysis- Support network design activities including transportation flow analysis inventory positioning and scenario modeling using tools like Coupa AnyLogistix or similar platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with Sales Operations Finance Engineering and IT teams to support solution development feasibility assessments and proposal creation.
• Proposal Development & Process Support- Assist in preparing client presentations maintaining RFP tracking logs and contributing to standardized pricing templates and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

Education

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Logistics or related field required

Experience

• 02 years of relevant experience (including internships or co-op programs)
• Exposure to warehouse distribution 3PL or manufacturing environments preferred
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred
• Basic knowledge of supply chain concepts financial modeling and data analysis
• Exposure to optimization/modeling tools (e.g. Coupa AnyLogistix Blue Yonder) is a plus
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or transportation systems preferred
• Understanding of Lean principles or Six Sigma concepts is a plus

Additional Information :

Pay / Benefits / Perks

• Pay rate: $65k-70k
