Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Change Transformation team in Krakow. This is a pivotal role managing the delivery of critical application demise and technology deployment initiatives across 10 countries. If you have proven expertise in complex change delivery business readiness management and multi-stakeholder governance this opportunity offers significant scope to lead high-impact transformation work.

Position Overview

You will lead end-to-end project delivery for a complex multi-market change portfolio focused on application demise and technology deployment. This role is critical to ensuring robust governance business readiness and controlled execution across all workstreams. Youll coordinate delivery across 10 countries with competing priorities managing risks dependencies and stakeholder alignment to drive successful go-live and decommissioning outcomes that directly impact business operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage business readiness activities for application demise and deployment ensuring each market meets entry and exit criteria for go-live and decommissioning

  • Lead delivery of application demise activities coordinating cutover decommissioning steps and operational handovers across multiple markets

  • Own overall risk governance for all in-scope applications including risk identification assessment mitigation planning and escalation

  • Build and maintain a consolidated integrated plan tracking progress across markets and workstreams with clear visibility

  • Actively manage and report risks issues dependencies and decisions driving timely resolution and clear accountability

  • Facilitate testing activities including UAT and PVT ensuring test approach readiness execution support and defect triage are coordinated

  • Run project governance routines producing clear status reporting and ensuring stakeholder alignment across countries and functions

  • Coordinate change impacts with business technology operations and control functions to ensure adoption and readiness outcomes are delivered

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex change and transformation initiatives in multi-stakeholder environments

  • Strong capability in business readiness management including readiness assessments cutover planning and go/no-go criteria

  • Experience managing application decommissioning demise or technology change impacting business processes and operations

  • Hands-on experience coordinating UAT and PVT including planning facilitation defect management and stakeholder engagement

  • Strong governance skills managing RAID (Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies) and producing clear reporting and action closure

  • Ability to manage delivery across multiple countries and markets with competing priorities and tight timelines

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including influencing without direct authority

  • Strong planning and organisational skills with attention to detail and pragmatic delivery-focused mindset
