Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, Prime Video Japan

Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
- Define audience strategy and full-funnel paid marketing plans
- Own media strategy planning buying and execution across paid channels (digital offline TV Transit and OOH)
- Manage budgets rigorously across channels and ad formats (static and video) ensuring efficient spend and scaling
- Build and optimize campaign structure: account setup bidding strategies budget allocation pacing and scaling
- Lead audience planning: first-party data re-targeting and lookalikes
- Partner with product and data teams on tracking tagging and signal quality (conversion APIs pixels clean rooms)
- Leverage marketing tech and automation (AI bidding dynamic creatives)
- Own measurement and attribution: incrementality testing geo experiments MMM inputs
- Analyze performance deeply and translate data into clear actions to improve subscription growth ROAS and LTV
- Drive creative effectiveness: testing frameworks asset rotation and channel learnings from performance-based iteration
- Lead and drive impact from agencies
- Present insights and strategy to senior management; influence cross-functional decisions

- 8 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience in online advertising/marketing/sales/digital media
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Speak write and read fluently in Japanese
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV print ads and digital/social channels
- Expertise with ad platforms (Google Ads/ Meta/TikTok/DSPs) and campaign optimizations
- Experience in working with media agencies
- Experience in managing paid media budgets
- Experience in building executing and scaling cross functional marketing programs
- MBA
- Experience working at Entertainment/Tech/ Agency side
