Job Summary

In this role you will:

  • Adhered to health and safety programs and policies while supporting innovative campus recruitment initiatives both virtually and on-site at post-secondary institutions across Canada.
  • Provide support for performance management and succession planning programs offering technical assistance in the HRIS system SuccessFactors.
  • Answer system and process related questions from a diverse audience.
  • Closely partner with HRIS to support reporting capabilities test system enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
  • Help develop visual and written communication materials for performance management and succession planning programs.
  • Help to track and develop metrics for measuring effectiveness of Talent Management programs.
  • Assist with data preparation and validation to support system separation.
  • Maintain and organize electronic filing system archival of all talent materials.
  • Provide additional Talent Management Project support on key 2025 initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Human Resources
  • A valid Class 5 Drivers License or extra-provincial equivalent without learners restrictions is preferred
  • Motivated self-starter: able to prioritize work under pressure and show great attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
  • Strong written verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Power BI and Access)
  • Experience with HR programs/software would be an asset
  • Proficient in working with large data sets and skilled in tracking and analyzing data to support informed decision-making.

Salary iscommensuratewith the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed.
