In this role you will:
Provide support for performance management succession planning leadership inclusive workplace and learning programs.
Answer program and process related questions from a diverse audience.
Provide reporting functionality for Talent Management programs as required.
Help develop visual and written communication materials for a variety of audiences.
Help to track and develop metrics for measuring effectiveness of Talent Management programs.
Management of data files on the Talent Management SharePoint site.
Support Talent Management project innovation for key initiatives.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Masters degree in Human Resources Organizational Development or a Commerce program with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
Motivated self-starter: able to prioritize work under pressure and show great attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
Strong written verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams
Proficient in analyzing information to support informed decision-making.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of SharePoint.
Experience with Success Factors SAP or software such as Power BI would be an asset.
Prior work experience would be considered an asset.
