Organizational Change Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Lead to drive the end-to-end change strategy for the SAP Plus program. The successful candidate will lead change management communications stakeholder engagement and organizational readiness initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new business processes systems and ways of working across the enterprise.

• Define and execute the organizational change management strategy for the SAP Plus program.

• Lead the development and execution of integrated change management communications and stakeholder engagement plans.

• Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate the effects on roles processes policies and organizational behaviors.

• Partner closely with the client Change Management Lead Functional Leads Business Integration Lead and Program Leadership to align on change priorities and drive successful adoption.

• Identify and manage stakeholder resistance through effective engagement and communication strategies.

• Lead and coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver change management activities communications and program deliverables.

• Ensure organizational readiness for key project milestones and go-live events.

• Establish governance reporting and tracking mechanisms for change initiatives including adoption metrics risks and mitigation plans.

• Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives for large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

• Strong experience supporting SAP implementation or transformation projects.

• Expertise in change strategy stakeholder management communications and organizational readiness.

• Experience conducting change impact assessments and developing adoption strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional onshore and offshore teams.

• Strong leadership facilitation and communication skills.

• Experience with change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent is preferred.
