OneTick Implementation Engineer

We are seeking a OneTick Implementation Engineer to implement deploy and operate highperformance analytics and surveillance solutions for clients. The role sits at the intersection of platform engineering data workflows and client delivery supporting both cloudhosted and customermanaged environments.

You will work on technically demanding projects for financial institutions market infrastructure providers regulators and quantitative trading firms collaborating closely with internal product teams and external client stakeholders. Most implementations are cloudbased with increasing use of containerised and orchestrated environments.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Implementation & Operations

• Implement deploy and support OneTick solutions across cloud and client environments
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of scalable resilient infrastructure for analytics and surveillance workloads
• Support system configuration upgrades and production releases

Data Pipelines & Workflows

• Build and maintain efficient data ingestion transformation and loading workflows
• Implement batch and streaming workflows to support analytics and monitoring use cases
• Ensure performance reliability and data integrity across highvolume datasets

ClientSpecific Delivery

• Configure and customize OneTick deployments to meet clientspecific business and regulatory requirements
• Develop clientspecific extensions and integrations on top of standard products
• Work directly with client technical teams on installation configuration and troubleshooting

Monitoring & Support

• Monitor production environments identify issues and troubleshoot failures
• Partner with product engineering teams to resolve defects and implement improvements
• Produce clear technical documentation and operational runbooks

Collaboration & Delivery

• Communicate effectively with customers on technical and implementationrelated topics
• Participate in Agile delivery models contributing across the full implementation lifecycle
• Support knowledge transfer and training for client users and internal teams

Qualifications :

• Experience delivering production analytics surveillance or market data platforms
• Strong programming experience in Python or a comparable language
• Solid understanding of data workflows ETL processes and distributed systems concepts
• Confidence working in Linux/Unix environments
• Experience writing unit tests and working with structured testing practices
• Familiarity with containerised or orchestrated environments (e.g. Kubernetes)
• Comfortable working in clientfacing roles explaining technical concepts clearly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Advantageous

• Direct experience with OneTick implementations or operations
• Exposure to cloudnative architectures (preferably AWS)
• Experience with workflow orchestration monitoring or alerting tools
• Background in financial markets trade surveillance regulatory analytics or quantitative data platforms
• Experience working under security regulatory or dataprivacy constraints
