Technical Communication Manager

At Grodan we are looking for a Technical Communication Manager who combines content expertise with a deep understanding of how to position knowledge effectively in a global market. Someone who enjoys working at the intersection of research marketing and customer impact.

Your role

As Technical Communication Manager you play a key role in translating complex crop knowledge into clear practical and consistent content. You ensure that our expertise reaches customers partners and internal stakeholders in a way that strengthens our market positioning and creates real value. You will manage and optimize the technical content pipeline ensuring that knowledge is accessible reusable and aligned with Grodans brand and strategic messaging.

What you will do

• Own and manage the technical content pipeline including trial summaries cultivation guides playbooks whitepapers digital tools and training material
• Translate research outcomes and expert insights into high-quality user-friendly content
• Alignment of our knowledge into Rockwools Custom AI tool
• Brief coordinate and review input from crop experts researchers and external partners
• Coordinate events organized by Grodan for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure consistency across internal knowledge platforms external academy content events and marketing channels
• Work closely with Marketing Product Management and the Knowledge Manager on positioning and messaging
• Safeguard quality standards in terms of technical accuracy usability and branding
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives such as summits training sessions and customer education platforms

What you bring

• Strong experience in marketing communication or content development preferably in an international B2B environment
• Proven ability to translate technical knowledge into practical and engaging content
• A structured quality-driven and collaborative way of working
• Affinity with high tech horticulture and sustainable innovation
• Excellent communication skills in English
• You are able to join the team in our office in Roermond on a regular basis
