Job Summary

Job Description

This role focuses on the intersection of data-driven insights and strategic expansion. The primary objective is to evaluate the existing franchise management framework analyze market competition and leverage data to drive the growth and efficiency of the channel.

  • Extract and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) from the current franchise management system to monitor health sales velocity and operational efficiency.
  • Translate complex data sets into actionable feedback for senior leadership highlighting areas of improvement and untapped market potential.
  • Design and propose strategic initiatives to accelerate channel expansion ensuring the brand remains competitive and scalable.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to interpret multi-layered data sets. Ability to look beyond daily operations to forecast upcoming market shifts and necessary adaptations.
  • New appointment: Quality investigation/NS policy and guidelines/verify contents of application/ensure master path upload/follow up with team for timely processing
  • Termination: investigation of termination cases/ Ensure final settlement furniture lift back and branding removal
  • Monitor and plan to improve low performance franchisees (<12 million)
  • Identify opportunity geographies to grow business through GTMLs/Sales and execute plan.
  • Channel policy analysis/initiation and incentive working in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Anti-transshipment drive handle issues and follow up for timely decisions on violations
  • Franchisee Target Management
  • Develop channel dashboard for timely update to sales team
  • PR/PO and timely invoice processing and vendor management
  • FMM/BMM maintenance and analysis monthly reporting
  • Coordination with relevant stakeholders for smooth processing of Liftback
  • Management of Naya Savera Basics / Branding Drive 2025
  • Low Performance and problematic Franchisee Management
  • Annual Franchise Management Activities / Franchise Training Academy / Major Competitors Information GTM Strategy
  • Franchisee Appointments / Terminations and identify vacant BSA
  • Anti-transshipment Drive

 


Qualifications :

  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience of Channel or Go to Market Strategy.
  • Should be a Graduate/ Masters with good knowledge of Trade marketing/ Field experience.
  • Must have experience of MS Excel Reporting & Presentation to top management.  
  • Key account management skills and distribution-driven experience
  • Understanding of the competitive environment
  • Agribusiness experience: knowledge of cropping practices and (preferably) crop protection products 5 8 years
