Job Summary
Join our team as a Front Office Supervisor at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and take a key role in leading and supporting the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Youll be responsible for maintaining smooth daily operations ensuring high service standards and supporting the teams growth and development.
Start Date: May 2026
Pay Rate: $27.68/hour
Position Type: Permanent
Job Duties Include:
- Supervise daily front desk operations including guest checkin checkout room changes reservations coordination and handling VIPs / special requests.
- Lead coach mentor and develop front desk agents for performance service standards professionalism guest relations and appearance.
- Empower staff to resolve guest service challenges; track guest issues and ensure timely followup and resolution (service recovery).
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping reservations concierge food & beverage engineering etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Previous supervisory experience at a front desk / front office in a large hotel preferred
- Proficient with property management systems (e.g. MicrosOpera or similar) and strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
You may be required to work on holidays weekends overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
