Local Marketing Specialist, IKEA Pasay City

• Plan organize and execute local store events that drive footfall and create memorable customer experiences
• Adapt global and national campaigns to make them locally relevant and engaging
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure seamless execution
• Lead and support internal engagement activities that strengthen IKEA culture and togetherness
• Communicate clearly with coworkers before during and after events to ensure alignment and excitement
• Follow up on events by tracking results gathering feedback and identifying improvements
• Work in a cost-conscious way maximizing available resources and staying within budget

Additional Information :

This role requires flexibility in work hours work schedule is approximately 25 hours per week on the average depending on store operational requirements. Working on public holidays and weekends.
