Job Summary
Your contribution to something big:
- Design and improve the teams presence across internal platforms;
- Video production and post-production (editing & effects);
- Support conceptualization and execution of internal team-building measures/events;
- Draft and align external communications related to our OneCRM projects;
- Design and align marketing materials for our OneCRM team (e.g. posters flyers stickers merch);
- Prepare and follow up on internal team meetings support the team by organizing agendas preparing materials documenting key points and tracking action items.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Academic Degree in Change & Communication Management Information Systems Multimedia or a related field;
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro; basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Microsoft 365;
- Strong interest in change management internal communication digital transformation and team collaboration;
- Very good command of English both spoken and written;
- Creative proactive mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail combined with strong organisational skills a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
