Here you will apply cutting-edge AI developments to create tangible impact moving beyond theoretical models to build applications that truly matter. 

Your contribution to something big: 

• Apply Generative AI and Natural Language Processing to solve practical HR challenges end-to-end;
• Design and optimize AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) RAG architectures and modern optimization strategies;
• Analyze complex datasets using classical Data Science methods (e.g. clustering) to generate actionable insights;
• Select fine-tune and evaluate LLMs (e.g. using LoRA) to balance performance cost-efficiency and quality;
• Assess AI models based on cost-per-token performance and intelligence to ensure sustainable solutions;
• Identify potential AI risks and pitfalls and proactively implement mitigation strategies ensuring responsible and reliable AI usage.

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

• Education: Degree in Computer Science Data Science Computational Linguistics or a comparable technical field.
• Experience:
  • Hands-on experience working with data-driven applications using Python;
  • Proven experience in Generative AI NLP and machine learning projects.
• Know-how:
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs RAG architectures sentence transformers and optimization techniques;
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning (e.g. LoRA);
  • Solid foundation in classical Data Science methods;
  • Awareness of current AI limitations risks and ethical considerations.
• Languages: Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
• Working style and methods:
  • Analytical structured and solution-oriented;
  • Curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation.
• Personality:
  • Open collaborative and motivated to turn complex AI concepts into real value;
