The Role
We are looking for a Technical Consultant / Software Implementation Specialist who will play a key role in delivering end-to-end customer implementation projects across multiple environments and technologies.
As an Implementation Specialist you will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery from initiation to go-live and closure. You will act as a bridge between business and technical teams ensuring smooth communication configuration deployment and issue resolution.
This role requires strong ownership attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate customer implementation projects end-to-end
- Gather requirements and participate in functional specification discussions
- Act as liaison between customer IT teams and internal development teams
- Deploy application packages and perform environment configuration
- Support SIT UAT and production deployments
- Troubleshoot configuration and deployment issues
- Perform testing and ensure smooth go-live support
- Maintain clear communication and reporting with stakeholders
Technical Skills
- 5 years experience in Telecommunication projects (mandatory)
- Experience in Java / .NET (C# ) Web Services
- Hands-on with application servers: Tomcat / WebLogic / WebSphere
- Strong experience with Oracle / MS SQL databases
- Windows server support experience
Nice to Have
- Tetherfi product experience
- Avaya Experience Portal / MPP / AES / TSAPI
- IVR tools (Avaya Orchestration Designer)
- UNIX / Linux exposure
- Strong programming knowledge in Java / C / C
Soft Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills (technical non-technical audiences)
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong planning documentation and coordination skills
- High ownership and accountability mindset
