Job Summary
The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR leader to drive the human resources function for a growing IT/software company. This is a senior hands-on role for someone who can combine strategic HR leadership with strong operational execution in a fast-paced technology environment.

- Overlook Administration Function
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 10 years of HR experience in the IT/software industry. Experience in a technology software services or product development company will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws employee relations and compliance.
- Hands-on exposure to recruitment onboarding and welfare management ideally within a tech talent environment.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks and audits.
- Experience in HR projects audits or HRIS implementation is an advantage.
- University Degree in HRM or a postgraduate qualification or a similar qualification with membership of CIPM.
- Excellent communication skills in English
