Reporting to the Team Leader in this part-time (4 days per week) max term role for 6 months youll work as a part of our Youth Resilience and Support Service in Sydney to help us create lasting change for young people and their families affected by the Bondi shootings.

You will make a difference by:

  • Overseeing and coordinating the effective planning and implementation of the project in line with contract requirements project objectives and organisational policy and guidelines
  • Managing communication and effective information dissemination with project partners and stakeholders maintaining positive relations
  • Building relationships and networks with the local community including the Jewish Community and other community service organisations to ensure community engagement and participation
  • Developing and maintaining a high standard of progress reporting and data collection
  • Monitoring and overseeing financial tracking of the project to ensure effective efficient and timely performance of financial functions of the contract

  • Proven record of coordinating and implementing complex projects in a community setting with a diverse range of stakeholders

  • High levels of attention to detail and quality
  • Experience in financial tracking data collection and report writing
