Job Summary
Supporting a dedicated project safety team you will be responsible for maintaining safety systems compliance documentation training records and audit readiness while helping ensure a safe and compliant work environment across project operations.
- Maintain safety documentation records and compliance registers.
- Support project safety systems and audit readiness activities.
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective action tracking.
- Coordinate safety training records and workforce compliance requirements.
- Support routine site inspections and monitoring of high-risk activities.
- Assist with workers compensation and rehabilitation administration.
- Liaise with project teams subcontractors and stakeholders to promote safety compliance.
- Diploma of Work Health and Safety or equivalent qualification.
- Experience supporting safety management systems and compliance processes.
- Exposure to incident investigations and risk management activities.
- Strong administration reporting and document control skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Previous experience within construction infrastructure or rail environments highly regarded.
