Job Summary

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Safety Administrator to join a major rail infrastructure project on Queenslands Sunshine Coast.

Supporting a dedicated project safety team you will be responsible for maintaining safety systems compliance documentation training records and audit readiness while helping ensure a safe and compliant work environment across project operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain safety documentation records and compliance registers.
  • Support project safety systems and audit readiness activities.
  • Assist with incident investigations and corrective action tracking.
  • Coordinate safety training records and workforce compliance requirements.
  • Support routine site inspections and monitoring of high-risk activities.
  • Assist with workers compensation and rehabilitation administration.
  • Liaise with project teams subcontractors and stakeholders to promote safety compliance.



Requirements
  • Diploma of Work Health and Safety or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience supporting safety management systems and compliance processes.
  • Exposure to incident investigations and risk management activities.
  • Strong administration reporting and document control skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Previous experience within construction infrastructure or rail environments highly regarded.
