Were looking for a highly capable experienced People Administrator to become a cornerstone of our People team. This is a permanent office-based role and were happy to discuss hours to suit the right person.

Youll bring real depth to the role someone who takes quiet pride in doing things well maintains high standards and genuinely cares about the quality of their work and the experience of the people they support. Youll be across a broad range of People activity: the day-to-day of HR administration systems events and project support. Its a varied hands-on role where attention to detail and a strong service ethic make all the difference.

Youll work closely with a collaborative People team and stakeholders across the business handling everything with discretion professionalism and consistency.

Your days will draw on a wide range of skills. At the core is solid HR administration contracts variations onboarding offboarding documentation compliance and keeping our systems and records in excellent shape. Beyond that youll also support People events assist with systems administration and contribute to project work where its needed.

Youll be someone stakeholders genuinely enjoy working with responsive consistent and always a step ahead.

You bring:

• Solid hands-on HR administration experience you know the employee lifecycle well
• Strong documentation skills contracts letters variations and compliance paperwork done to a high standard
• Confidence working across HR and people systems and comfort picking up new platforms
• Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy in your own work
• A strong service ethic colleagues come to you and leave feeling well looked after
• The ability to manage a busy varied workload with calm and composure
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
