Site Administrator
Job Summary
Kerman Contracting is seeking experienced Site Administrators to help to deliver non-process infrastructure (NPI) projects for a Tier 1 client. This is aFIFO role from Perthon a2:1 roster offering a fixed-term contract. There are multiple positions available.
As a Site Administrator you will be responsible for administering compiling and managing all project operational safety documentation on site.
The role must also provide administrative support to the Site Manager WHSE Team and the on-site project team.

Roles Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all direct personnel and visitors on site ensuring all visitors are greeted signed in and necessary site inductions are completed
- Manage site-based mobilisation requirements for blue-collar and white-collar Kerman personnel and sub-contractors
- Liaise with the HR Department to ensure all training requirements are met before mobilisation
- Booking flights for site-based employees
- Maintain regular contact with personnel regarding site-specific training mobilisation details and operational updates as required
- Booking site inductions training and organising site access approval
- Manage rosters for direct personnel and subcontractor employees
- Monthly Reconciliation of all hours worked for end-of-month billing
- Manage data entry for Managers / Departments as required
- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with the client and other external providers as required to ensure project deliverables are met
- Managing timesheets Kerman personnel on site
About you
- A minimum of 2 years in a similar position
- Superior interpersonal skills and desire to work in a cohesive team
- Experience working on multiple disciplinary projects is highly desirable
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite
